Representatives of National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine and Security Council of Russian Federation signed regulation of intergovernmental commission “Yushchenko-Putin” Thursday in Moscow.
Irene Frez, the press-secretary of the former NSDC Secretary Petr Poroshenko, reported that the Ukrainian side was represented by the deputy NSDC Secretary Sergey Pirozhkov, the Russian – by deputy SC of Russia Sobolev.
Regulation of “Yushchenko-Putin” commission has been preparing for four months. Poroshenko was expected to go to Russia with an official visit to sign the document.
