President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko signed the edict “On termination of plenary powers of Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko and dismissal of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.” The edict is published on the official site of the President.
“In accordance with item 9, part 1, article 106 and part 3, article 115 of Constitution of Ukraine I decree:
1. To terminate plenary powers of PM of Ukraine Yulia Vladimirovna Timoshenko in connection with my decision about dismissal of PM of Ukraine.
2. To accept the dismissal of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with its full complement.
3. To charge Yuri Ivanovich Ekhanurov with duties of PM of Ukraine.
4. To charge members of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with executing their plenary powers till the new-formed Cabinet starts working.

President also signed the edict about dismissal of Pert Poroshenko from the post of Secretary of National Security and Defense Council “in connection with the entered resignation declaration.”
Besides, President signed the edict about dismissal of Vladimir Skomarovsky from the post of Chairman of State customs service of Ukraine “in connection with the entered resignation declaration.”
