Ukrainian frontier guards used a weapon during arrest of illegal immigrants

During the detention of group of illegal immigrants, officials of Knyaginya frontier post were forced to use a weapon. The frontier post is situated in Zakarpatye region. The illegal immigrants tried to get to Slovakia.

Eight citizens of Georgia and one Russian stopped only when frontier guards had made a warning shot.

Four citizens of Sri-Lanka were detained fifteen minutes later in the same district.

The officials conduct the filtration measures and detect the routes and organizers of the illegal migration.
