In opinion of impossibility VR Chairman Vladimir Litvin, probable cause of resignation of Alexander Zinchenko from the post of State Secretary is impossibility to realize his ambitions on this post.
Litvin underlined that it is difficult for him to comment on this action. “Chiefly, I do not want the power team to split and to start to get even with each other. As we live in complicated conditions, emotions start to prevail,” said Litvin.
The Speaker pointed out that he talked to Zinchenko on Saturday and “nothing boded the resignation. I just do not know the total factors, which brought to resignation.”
According to Litvin’s opinion, it is necessary to conduct a confidential talk. “As far as I know, President is interested in such calm and detailed talk, which would not give reasons for confrontation and would not increase instability,” pointed out Litvin.
