President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko is summonsed on August 31 on charges of violation of Constitution of Ukraine and liquidation of traffic police.
On August 31, at 9 a.m., Pechersky district court of Kiev intends to consider the appeal of the Ukraine’s citizen Vladimir Kolesnichenko concerning the decision of state power organs in the person of President.
The main point of the suit is that Victor Yushchenko had no right to issue the edict # 1109/2005 of 19.07.2005 "On liquidation of State Traffic Police of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine."
