As reported yesterday, Ukraine has announced a tender for 93.02 percent of shares in Krivorozhstal. The announced starting price is $1.98bn.
The deadline for filing requests for participation is October 17, 2005. The tender's results will be considered on at 12 p.m. on October 24, RBC informed.
Applications from offshore companies will be rejected.
