The General Office of Public Prosecutor has accused Valery Kostenko, Nikolay Protasov, and Alexander Popovich of premeditated murder of Georgy Gongadze. The Prosecutor's statement was given to Lesya and Miroslava Gongadzes. It proved them to be victims.
