Raisa Bogatyryova, the member of faction of "Party of Regions" of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and Andrey Fedur, the attorney of Boris Kolesnikov are accused of disclosure of the confidential information concerning Penchuks' bank accounts of Kolesnikov's case. The press service of the General Office of Public Prosecutor reported about it.
In particular, the press service reported that they disclosed the information without Penchuks' permission.
Taking into account the privacy of such information, Bogatyryova-Fedur actions violated the privacy of Penchuks' life.
The criminal case against them was instituted according article 182 of the Criminal Case of Ukraine.
The press service of "Ukrsotsbank" also reported that the information about Penchuks' accounts was published by the verdict of July 13 of Voroshilov District Court of Donetsk.
