Special 18th General Assembly of National Olympic Committee of Ukraine has elected new president of the Committee – sportsman and people’s deputy Sergey Bubka. 80 out of 110 voters supported his candidature.

Sergey Bubka, the former Yanukovich’s adviser, was in the faction of Regions of Ukraine Party. He has left the party on June 16 of this year.
