Yuriy Lutsenko, the minister of Internal Affairs, has confirmed the fact of detention of Ivan Rizak, the former governor of Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, KID informed.
"He was detained in Uzhgorod. He is suspected of reduction of rector of local University to suicide, and, according to Office’s of Public Prosecutor sanction, he was detained in Transcarpathian region," - the Minister said.
