Prosecutor General Svyatoslav Piskun declares that in case if Lasarenko comes back to Ukraine, a criminal action will be brought against him.
"A criminal action will be brought against him as well as against everybody, who is under investigation. We have our own relations with Pavel Ivanovich," said the prosecutor in an interview to "Ukraina moloda" (Young Ukraine).
Piskun explained that arrest was chosen as a preventive punishment towards Lasarenko, and it is necessary to change investigative actions in order to abolish this punishment. "However, there are no grounds for abolition of the Lasarenko’s arrest," underlined Piskun.
