On basis of materials of Department of fight with organized crime of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region the Office of Public Prosecutor brought an action against Andrey Lisij, the head of state administration of Bovovetsky district.
The detained is suspected of illegal transference of a lot measuring 122.5 hectares to the football club “Dynamo” for rent for the period from 2003 to 2004, and of illegal sale of a lot measuring five hectares near the village Zhdenievo.
Within the investigation it was established that the head of the region caused damage to the state in the amount of 685.5 thousand hryvnias.
On this fact a criminal action was brought according to the article 364, part 2 and the article 365, part 3 of Criminal Code of Ukraine - abuse of power and exceeding commission.
